I wanted to make sure that you were not worried about the
technology of Podcasting.

You do not need to know.

If you feel comfortable clicking the "Play" button on a
video player, then you will love

I am just hoping that you will like video more than an email.
You will probably be able to learn faster if you can see and
hear my advice.

If you want to be able to download my videos onto your
computer, then simply download iTunes at www.itunes.com

iTunes is a free program that organizes music and Podcasts
like mine. Once you have it downloaded, you go to
http://www.barefootpodcast.com/ and click the "Subscribe"
button. iTunes will then automatically download each and
every video. This works out great if you have a slow Internet
connection and want to watch my videos without being online.

I hopes this helps you. My goal is to help you meet your
barefooting goals.
