THE PERFECT FALL

“Keep one hand free in case you fall”, was my advice to a friend. I had leather shoes on and I walked for ten minutes through the snow, then through a dry but icy tunnel with a cobbled pavement which was broken in parts and sloping down and at an angle. One foot slipped, then the other, and I flew through the air with the greatest of ease, then landed on my back, while quickly putting down my free hand, as previously proposed. Great thinking, as it broke my fall, but it also broke my wrist. The perfect fall. The last time I fell so good was in the musical Mack And Mabel in Jersey, when I had to do a pratfall on stage every night for 3 weeks.

So for 6 weeks or so, I’m keeping all my various projects moving along with one hand tied behind my back, so to speak.

Have a safe and snowy week where you are.

Twitterland
I have just dipped my toe in, after a Sky journalist I met at the Oscars invited me to follow him this year and since I won’t be going this year (no cash), it will be good to follow his adventures as a reminder of my last two years of fun. Feel free to Twitter with me.
