We require: * Australian man,( late 20s-30) –Douglas - he is witty and an “open book. * European Actress,(30s) Barbara-experienced, witty,worldly and world-weary; will be required to speak French at one point This will be performed at the Finborough Theatre in London in June. Rehearsals will start late April, early May. Actor must be Australian and Actress will preferably be from Northern or Eastern Europe with her natural accent but with fluent English. Payment: flat fee plus profit-share. Wandsworth (Don Giovanni, Les Miserables), Shona White (Mamma Mia, Les Miserables), Amanda Symonds, Stefan Bednarczyc and the founder and director of the company - Gyles Brandreth. It is the compilation of the most outstanding musicals of our time, delivered in a humorous key that ends up being hilarious, with the guidance at all times of Gyles Brandreth that tells anecdotes and interacts with the audience in a very friendly and familiar way. Perhaps the most exciting part of the musical is to be able to perform the complete works of Andrew Lloyd Webber in 60 seconds! along with the extremely beautiful voice of Shona White and the restrained yet comical performance of Stefan Bednarczyc as the musical director of the show. Zipp! has rythm, enthusiasm, participation, romance, and nostalgia. It was the Most Popular Show in the last Edinburgh festival, so you can be assured of an entertaining night in the theatre.
