Passionate About Theatre
From the editor
Hello Friend, hope you had a good week.
The network continues to spread and I'm happy to tell you that we have our first reviewer in Los Angeles. Look out for Cindy Marie Jenkins getting off the ground in the coming weeks.
This week I also found out that the BBC/Film London funding will be given to FOUR of the final ten. Little India has a very good chance to be one of them. The Microschool is on the 17th September and Dishad Husain and I will be working with some top script editors, directors and producers to shape the film, and prepare for a pitch on the 24th September. On the K-Pax front, I finally found Kevin Spacey. The official route via his management at William Morris Agency was my chosen approach and it eventually worked with a bit of follow up over 2 months. The reply was however "we'll pass on this one". So it's back to the drawing board and brainstorming of potential actors.
It's all happening. Slowly but surely.
