UK Theatre Network Passionate About Theatre A personal newsletter for Friend
Good day to you Friend, I hope this newsletter finds you well and active in the world of theatre and film.
There has been a significant increase in emails recently and it's taken me a few hours this morning getting them all online after an incredibly busy week at Film London. If you haven't been getting the alerts@uktheatre.net then you can catch up at http://uktheatrenet.blogspot.comIt's all down to a 15 minute pitch on Monday at lunchtime. I've bought the new suit and shirt ready to feel sharp and ready for action to put on one of the most important performances of my career. The audience includes Sandy Lieberson from Film London and Steve Jenkins of the BBC. It's simply a job of convincing them that LITTLE INDIA is a compelling, exciting film which has universal appeal and that it can be made for less than £100,000. I'm already getting butterflies just writing this. It's the same butterflies that always come before an opening night and which boost you into action to deliver the best performance you can.
There's lots of great film and theatre news and reviews uploaded to the site today. Here's a taster of what to expect:-
- Great Film Reviews from Chris Patmore
- Casting News from the West End
- Reviews from Glasgow, London, Manchester
- West End Ticket offers in What's On
- Fringe tickets offers in the Forum
- Forthcoming member performances in Events
- Job Opportunities under Casting
- New member profiles to network with
- and much more....
Join me online this weekend and select something great to see this week on stage or screen near you.
Have a fantastic week ahead and I'll catch up with you if you read the blog or in next weekends newsletter. It's a sunny day in London, hope it is where you are.
