Straight 2 Sleep
Hello, Friend -
How nice it would be to get a great night's sleep! Just lay your head down and go straight to sleep and wake up refresh.
In these stressful times it can be hard to let everything go, relax, forget the troubles of the day and just sleep. Of course when we can't sleep well that just keeps the cycle going.
There are some things that you can do to help your sleeping pattern.
- Chamomile tea in the evening can help you to relax
- Meditation can reduce stress and relax you.
- Calm is a product you can find in health stores that contains Magnesium and possible Calcium
- Cherries may help you sleep
- Exercise during the day
- Doing things you enjoy
- Listening to soothing music
- Acupuncture & Acupressure
Soon we will have a new product called "Straight 2 Sleep" which will include ingredients in proportion to aide you in getting a good night sleep.
So stay tune!
Some tips that may help you sleep better
Cut back on the caffeine and start getting enough sleep. Caffeine can make you jumpy. Not getting enough sleep can make you feel foggy and tired. Try to eat right by increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables. Drink more water to stay hydrated and keep your body functioning properly. If you feel good, you will be able to handle stress a lot better.
A very powerful, all natural way to reduce stress and anxiety in your life is to learn meditation techniques. Learn how to do yoga or some other form of deep relaxation techniques to bring your stress level down. Practice this daily and you will be amazed at how much better you will feel and how well you will function.
Guided Imagery can often provide considerable healing benefits by using the mind to affect the body.
The brain uses images and other senses such as smell and hearing to communicate with other organs.

Hopefully I perked your curiosity enough for you to explore this further. For starters, search the World Wide Web for information on Guided Imagery.
Exercise is excellent for our physical health. We know that it's good for our heart and weight and now there's proof that it's good for our brain. There are studies that suggest exercise can actually grow new brain cells. This is something that was believed impossible not long ago.
If you combine an exercise routine with a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables and low in processed junk food, then your results could be amazing. Blueberries and bilberries also seem to help the brain's neurons to communicate better. This can improve motor behavior in the aging.
Forgiveness: Try a bit harder to say kind words to others. Place yourself in the other's person place for a moment. Sure there are some people that act so mean and hateful. Remember you only hurt yourself when you return meanness or hold resentment and anger inside.
Help Others: Find ways to make others happy. You may be surprised that by willingly helping others to find joy can have a positive impact on you as well. Help others to find meaning in life. Keep them company.
Sleep better...
