Dear Member,

In our previous email we did not mean that
YOU had abused our staff and we hope that
you did not take it that way?

We know you would not do that.

We only mentioned the abuse because there are some
OTHER people who send us very abusive email straight
after whenever they receive one of our announcements
and we wish they would just unsubscribe and quietly
leave instead of making such a fuss and upsetting
everyone.

But people like YOU who are nice and always
polite are always welcome to stay.

So please don't think we were talking about you,
that was not what we meant.

We apologise if you thought we were saying it was you.
