• Friend I've got a problem,
  
  We're working on a new edition of our OSCEhom ebooks in
  addition to an online clinical and communication skills
  training course and we're not really sure why you
  subscribed to our newsletter or bought our ebooks.
  
  I was hesitant to send this email because, just like me,
  you're busy and have no time. But my colleagues told me we
  seldom receive any bad comments from our clients and we do
  answer any question they send us as much as we can, so why
  not to go ahead and send this email.
