Hi OSCEhome information letter subscribers,

My sincere apology about sending repeated emails the last
couple days.

I have no idea what happened. Something is wrong with my blog
hosted by google. It kept notifying you about a blog update.

I contacted google and until they figure it out, you may still
recieve the same email again.

I am really sorry and embarrassed about this software problem.
I hope you accept my apologies.
