Hi Everyone, Greetings!
==============================================
It's good to be back with the first issue of the Natural
Healing Talk newsletter for 2012. I'll begin the new year
by talking about life, choices, and the decisions we make.

In many ways, life is like a series of roads or paths. There
are long or short roads, smooth or rocky roads, and
crooked or straight roads. In other words, many roads
come our way as we journey through life. One road or path
may lead to a life of relationships and marriage, or of
staying single, while another road presents us with a life
devoted mainly to spiritual questing.

Now, of course, some paths lead to crossroads. This is
when we are presented with choices and decisions in
our lives. Which way should we go, or, which road should
we take? At such times, I'm not certain that we ever make
a bad choice, because, regardless of our decision, we
will always learn new things, and be presented with
opportunities to grow as a person.

I always say, "the world's a crazy place," and that one of
the few certainties here on the physical plane, is the
certainty of "change". In the end, there are few guarantees
in life. In other words, you do not really know where a road
will lead until you take it. Even loving someone with all
your heart does not guarantee that love will be given in
return. Nor should it, as pure love is unconditional, and
doesn't depend on love reciprocated.

However, even though there are no guarantees in life,
you do have much power over the decisions you make,
and how you act or react to different situations. You are
also infused with a creative energy that allows you to
attract many good things into your life, including an
unlimited supply of inspiration and wellness.

Whenever you find yourself at a crossroad, try to have
confidence in that inner, creative energy. Breath deeply,
focus, and make the decision to move forward, even if it
means taking a risk and travelling a new road.

For example, perhaps you would like to write a report,
a short story, or a book about a subject that is dear to
your heart. However, you can't quite bring yourself to do
it, because you fear criticism, or the exposure that comes
with publication. I was the same way. Then I realized that
I couldn't please everyone, and that I was taking myself
too seriously. That's when I broke into laughter over my
self-inflated ego. I haven't lost my sense of humour since
that day! :)

Besides, when you make the decision to move forward,
many things will fall into place. As well, the feeling of
accomplishment will amaze you, and you will likely feel
the urge to try other projects, whether they be writing,
painting, business ventures, or whatever.

I hope I have given you some food for thought, as you
examine your life, and determine how you want to live it.

"Healing may not be so much about getting better, as
about letting go of everything that isn't you - all
