Ok Friend, I'm going to make this short and sweet!

I've attached a study sheet for your review. 

Try to analyze the chord progressions.  I've also attached an audio file for you to review and learn the melody.

Questions to ask yourself:

1. What is the Key Signature of the song?
2. Can you identify any "common" progressions?
3. How would you start practicing the song?
4. Would you first try to analyze the chord progressions?
5. Would you need to practice the scale to each chord?
6. Do you know how to learn the scale(s) for chords?
7. Do you know the difference between a Major 7th sound and a Dominant 7th sound?
8. Can you hear the difference between a minor chord and a major chord.  For that matter, do you know how to build a major and minor chord?
9. Do you know your scale steps?
