LabourWare adds Documents for general Union use

First we gave you the ability so attach documents to grievance files.  Then we added the ability to add documents to a members file.  both of these features have been extremely popular.  Our clients liked them so much they asked for more.  They wanted the ability to put up general Union documents, things like By-Laws, templates for Letters etc..  We listened and now we deliver!

You may have noticed a new tab at the far right hand portion of your main menu - Docs.  Click on that and you will be presented with 2 options, Document and Document Type.  You can create your own list of Documents types, such as Letter to Employer, or Letter to Member or whatever you can think of.  Then if you click on the Document menu you can begin to upload your documents.  They can be filtered by document type if you wish, or they will simply all be listed there.  When you click on a document, it immediately begins to download to your computer.  No fuss no muss.  So if you want certain documents available to everyone who has access to your LabourWare database, now you can do that!
