Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of Rs. 55.88 Crore. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 65/- at lower level and Rs 69/- at upper level.

Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing Radio frequency (RF) cables, widely used in telecom, automobile and power sectors. The issue opens on Mar 22, 2011 and closes for subscription on Mar 25, 2011. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
