A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd is an engineering, procurement and construction ("EPC") company in India and providing services to the power transmission and distribution sector. They are diversifying this business to provide EPC services to power generation companies and companies in other sectors, including road and telecommunications.

The issue opens on Dec 08, 2010, and closes for subscription on Dec 10, 2010. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
