*Interested People* Whatever happened with ZuluTrade and other forex musings...

Hello Interested People,

As you may know, I went live about 2 weeks ago at Zulu Trade. For reference, see my post here:
http://www.getresponse.com/archive/interestedpeople/Interested-People-ZuluTrade-Going-Live-2607972.html

Although GetResponse is still making adjustments since their system changes and that post may not show up completely. It will eventually.

Anyway, I suppose you may be wondering what happened. Well, all I can say is that for weeks on end before and since the day after I went live, the signal provider I chose had only WINS. Win after win after win. The day I went live and the next day they had only LOSING TRADES! So I got wiped out in less than 48 hours. It was just bad luck! It happens!

I contacted Zulu about it since it was so "coincidental" that as soon as I go live, the trades start losing, and they let me know there was a temporary technical glitch between the signals and the trading platform. I found that refreshingly honest that they would tell me that. So some of the losing trades were caused by that and they actually refunded my losses on the trades involved. Impressive.

However, the refund wasn't enough to get my account trading again and I have to redeposit out of pocket to get going again, and am not sure I want to right now.

But I can say one thing, Zulu doesn't want you to lose! They get paid the same whether you win or lose and if you lose too much you are going to stop trading and then they don't get paid at all. See the logic? They want you to keep trading, so they want you to win!

Anyway, more info on zulu and step by step set up instructions can be found here:

It is still an intriguing service and I will probably fund it again and give it another go. I may just wait until after the summer months to do so. Not sure yet!

If any of you have gone live, please do let me know your results and feedback. I want to know!

Ah, and also a word about our robot trading. The last two weeks have not been fun at all! MegaDroid had a 90 pip loss and FAP has not been doing well because the markets are too slow during the asian session when it trades. There have been some really excellent days, but the bad days have more than wiped those out, unfortunately.

But this is forex and that is how it goes... good days and bad days and series of good days and series of bad days. The secret of surviving is money management and I have to confess we made a mistake there too, overextending ourselves when the trading was going so well and it cut us off at the knees when it turned bad. If you use proper money/risk management you can weather the bad times. It is just so tempting to try and squeeze out more during the good times!

Anyway, I am not saying it isn't worth doing, just that we learn daily the lessons above.

For more info please see this site for a step by step and how I can help you with the set up and provide daily technical support:

And here is something new I am testing starting Monday, strategical settings to get more trades out of MegaDroid! If you trade the droid, you may want to get some ideas from this ebook. I will let you know how my live testing goes in any case:

Forex is a stressful way to make money, although it can be very profitable. The easier it is for you, the better. Zulu  and robot trading may be an easy way for some of you to get a finger into the market without the stress of maintaining a platform and trading yourself. As long as you are aware of the risks, you may be able to enjoy the fruits as well.

Until the next time, thank you and bon courage!
