  You can now register and pay online! They are accepting StrictPay now and will be adding AlertPay in next several days.

  What is going on as far as cycling? I did cycle and received payout in the option plan (the $349 option) as have some of my downline. Neither my sponsor nor I have cycled in the "jumping" stage yet (this is the $59 option).
  
  Now that registration is available online, I don't expect it to be much longer before we do cycle. And once the site is completely ready and the registration and payment process are completely out of pre-launch stage and work completely smoothly, then David Preston will step in and bring in his droves of people, causing us already in to cycle like crazy.

  And unlike Iggly and JVG, this one is totally passive. You make more if you do refer people, but you cycle whether you do or not. No worries there!
