    Before we get started, I have to let you know that my solution to the messed up team build is NOT going to work. Despite what I was told, the new entries aren't trickling down in the way I expected them to... So in fact, the ONLY way that each of you will cycle will be to get two and/or help your two get 2.

    I can't see the downline, so I can't see what needs fixing. Each of you needs to look in your own back office and contact the people I placed under you as well as the person I placed you under. And then work as a team to make sure everyone in your back office has their 2 personal referrals. We want to see names in BLACK, not RED!

    I am sorry it came to this as I know most of you don't want to bother trying to recruit for this, but honestly at this point, there is nothing more I can do. It is messed up and we have to make do with what we have to work with. Most of you aren't in a bad position... many many of you HAVE TWO.... and even those two have two. But now you need to help their two get two as well, and so on.

    So given that information, if you have cycled the $100 matrix (or higher), you need to log in as explained below so you can get paid.

    With Iggly Biggly experiencing some wonderful growing pains this past week, there is a lot of new information in this update.

    ~ Please Read Carefully ~

    I was blessed with a 45 minute phone call with Lisa Middleton today, Sunday June 14, to clear up my confusion about the details of Saturday's training call.

    Firstly, Lisa would like everyone to know that she humbly apologizes for making some statements that were not completely accurate about the functions in our backoffices.

    The screen she was looking at during the training call is a screen you will only see when you have reached a certain level, and because I cannot know what everyone can see in their backoffice, it is highly likely that people will see different functions based on how many referrals they have personally sponsored, who have also completed the payment process and how many matrices you have completed and closed.

    The programmers at SolidTrustPay and TransCard have completed their work; however, we will NOT be using Wells Fargo as our Iggly Biggly Bank at this time, so we are no longer waiting for them to complete their work.

    With SolidTrustPay being a legitimate and highly reputable online banking system and payment processing company, and who can provide the same services for Iggly Biggly that Wells Fargo was being asked to provide, Lisa has decided to cancel Iggly Biggly's relationship with Wells Fargo at this time.

    We will be using SolidTrustPay and TransCard for our payment distributions and we can STILL benefit from electronic funds transfers into our personal bank account through our STP account.

    If you look in your Iggly Biggly backoffice, under your profile details, you MIGHT see a box to enter your Debit Card admin number IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO RECEIVE PAYMENTS. This number IS NOT BEING EMAILED to us ~ it is BEING POSTAL MAILED to you WITH YOUR DEBIT CARD... This is also a typographical error on the website which Lisa's web design people will be correcting...

    Regarding your STP account - STP offers 3 membership levels based on the level of identity verification you choose: Active, Verified, Bank Verified.

    An "Active" account is an account which is verified by clicking a link in a confirmation email, but this basic account is laden with heavy restrictions regarding the type and amount of transactions you can complete.

    A "Verified" account is an account which is verified by YOU uploading a SCANNED COPY of your driver's license, telephone bill, cable bill, or some other current utility bill that will authenticate your identity. I did not look at the specific restrictions or features of this status because I have chosen to become "bank verified", explained next...

    A "Bank Verified" account is an account which is verified by YOU uploading a SCANNED COPY of your BANK STATEMENT, AND a VOIDED CHECK from the SAME bank account of that bank statement, AFTER adding a bank account to your STP BACKOFFICE, AFTER CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT.

    STP offers very clear, self-explanatory instructions about their verification process. You can upload, email, fax, or postal mail your documents to them, and all addresses are located in your STP ACCOUNT BACKOFFICE.

    If you have not already done so, please go to SolidTrustPay and create your account with STP and COMPLETE the verification process to become BANK VERIFIED, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

    ** Official Note from STP ** ~ "IMPORTANT UPDATE !! Ownership of an STPay TrustCard will be required after May 15, 2009 for all credit/debit card transactions. The TrustCard is a revolutionary anti Identity Theft/Bank Account Info/Credit Card Theft product unique to SolidTrust. Visit the 'Apply for TrustCard' link in your SECURITY ZONE area."

    Some FAQ's about the STP TrustCard

    "The STPay TrustCard is a revolutionary new idea designed to eliminate credit card and bank account fraud! With identity theft and credit/bank fraud on the rise around the world, SolidTrust has created their own unique system to eliminate these fraud types.

    The TrustCard is an actual card imprinted with 3 codes unique for each member: ID code, Payments code and Secure code. There is NO personal information on the card or anything that identifies your account, so if lost or stolen, it is useless to the finder.

    The ID Code will be asked for when calling our support department. The Payments Code will be required when doing any credit card or bank transaction and the Secure Code allows you to change your secondary password to anything you wish at anytime!

    After you have ordered your TrustCard, it will be sent to you either via registered mail, FedEx or Canada Post Xpress mail, depending on your location. You will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as your card has been processed.

    For all members, regardless of location, the cost, including FedEx or Registered Shipping, is only $30.00. Unless you lose your card, you will never need to purchase another one and the cost of identify protection and security IS priceless.

    All members wishing to use their credit and debit cards and/or bank accounts (ACH type transfers and bank wire withdrawals) in their accounts WILL need to have a TrustCard from May 15, 2009 onwards.

    Members wishing to fund via bank wire or cashiers cheque will NOT need a TrustCard but are welcome to purchase one to take advantage of the Identify and Secure Codes benefits.

    The 3 codes on your card are all unique to you and never transmitted over the internet. It is therefore impossible for anyone other than the card holder to have access to these codes. They are used as follows:

    1) your ID Code - when calling our support department for assistance, if you are a TrustCard holder, all you need give us is your ID Code. Members without a card will have to answer security questions, answers on their recent transactions and possibly submit new verification documents if necessary.

    2) your Payments Code - all credit, debit and ACH / EFT Direct Bank Transfers will require your Payments Code. Credit/Debit card transactions will go through INSTANTLY saving you time AND the Emergency Funding fee !

    3) your Secure Code - this code allows you to change your Secondary Password at anytime to whatever you want! Members without a TrustCard will have to wait 24 hours to be issued a new code and provide security responses/answers about their account before being approved for a new password.

    ALL merchants will be required to have a TrustCard.

    NO OTHER PROCESSOR offers a more secure method of ensuring that only YOU, the true account holder, has complete control over your account!

    If you ONLY use your STP VISA Debit card to fund and withdraw from your account then you do NOT need a TrustCard. You may wish to have one in order to take advantage of its other benefits, but you will not need to input the payments code when depositing or withdrawing via your STP Debit card.

    There are other great benefits to the TrustCard besides protecting your bank and credit card information.

    1. You will never have to re-verify your account information if you move or change your phone number.
    2. You will never to have submit additional bank or credit card authorization forms. You can add as many bank accounts or credit cards as you like and instantly use them.
    3. You will never have to wait to change your secondary password and you can change it as many times as you like.

    Iggly Biggly Recruiting and Advertising Tips

    I would like to start by offering a quote by Lisa Middleton from Saturday's training call about some people's erroneous advertising strategies:

    "One major snafu that people are making when advertising that is going to get us into some major, MAJOR hot water with the regulators is saying that its a 'one-time payment', not even a 'one-time out of pocket payment' - do not use that language. You have agreed with your purchase agreement to go into the next matrix and you are signing that when you log in... and by signing that and the Independent Distributor Agreement you are going to receive a IRS-1099 at the end of the year. I have received emails from people saying they don't want to bother with the 1099's, and if they don't want to pay taxes then I can't help them not wanting to do what's legal in this country. We're a real company and we want to keep everything legal and clean."

    Because retail stores like WalMart buy their products from distributors at wholesale prices, they are not the type of stores that will want to buy our products (because they already buy at the same price that you buy).

    That is why this business is best worked as a home party business, what Lisa calls "customer to customer, not business to business".

    Lisa excitedly told us that the front, middle & back end of your replicated Iggly Biggly website is finally completed - we are ready to seamlessly accept new enrollment payments via STP, for you to log into your backoffice to view your referrals and earnings, and to be paid via TransCard or SolidTrustPay.

    When you are buying your FIRST SPOT in the matrix via STP, AND you have a referral you want to enroll IMMEDIATELY via STP, you should follow these instructions carefully to ensure YOUR MATRIX RECEIVES YOUR REFERRAL.

    1. Complete your STP payment, receive and read the confirmation email, and LOG INTO YOUR IGGLY BIGGLY BACKOFFICE.

    2. READ and SIGN your Independent Distributor and Purchase Agreements.

    Do not try to enroll your referrals UNTIL YOU CONFIRM YOUR IGGLY BIGGLY ACCOUNT and LOG INTO your backoffice.

    Lisa announced that Iggly Biggly is now in the "pre-launch stage" with PROMOTION now being Our Most Important Task.

    Lisa said we are now waiting for a large shipping container to clear foreign customs coming from China, which Lisa is hoping will occur by the end of the month. That large shipment container has the bulk of our inventory for the fulfillment center in Nevada.

    Once the fulfillment center has received our inventory and have properly cataloged everything, they will be able to dropship your products to either you or your customers, for a small shipping fee.

    They will be using USPS Priority Mail which is very reasonable and fast.

    Please be aware we are responsible for paying our own shipping fees.

    Lisa will soon be launching regular mass emails to provide the latest Iggly Biggly updates, as well as publishing a phone number offering the latest updates which can be accessed 24 hours a day.

    When you are eligible to receive your flip flops, you will have the option in your backoffice to choose the size of the samples you want to receive.

    Lisa's experience has shown that samples in Size 6 to be the industry standard as they are smaller and easier to transport, but you can choose any size samples you want.

    Lisa does caution against giving a PAIR of flip flops for samples because people will naturally want to wear them and will not keep them clean and new to show to prospective customers.

    Lisa suggests giving ONLY ONE SHOE as a sample so they will have no choice but to keep it as a sample.

    If they want a pair to wear, they can purchase a pair for that purpose.

    Lisa is working with some other experts on creating a powerpoint presentation, or other type of visual tutorial, about the 2x2 follow-me matrix. As with all software licensing though, she needs to ensure that she does not violate the license terms of the software she chooses for creating this training material.

    She will provide updates as they are available.

    TEAM Leaders will eventually have the option of using GoToMeeting, if you find it beneficial for training your TEAM.

    Most Importantly ~ "We are Wholesalers, NOT an 'investment company', so PLEASE DO NOT SAY THAT... "

    When speaking with prospective distributors and referencing Iggly Biggly, you can comparatively liken our business to that of Mary Kaye, Avon, Tupperware, The Pampered Chef, and all home party businesses.

    The major differences between Iggly Biggly and those other companies ~> the VERY SMALL FIRST PAYMENT of $20 and the European business plan never used in America, to Lisa and Barbara's knowledge...

    The "2x2 follow me matrix" compensation plan is SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR THE DISTRIBUTOR to make money, NOT ONLY the company...

    When you think about it logically, the natural course of a successful business shows that successful distributors always create successful businesses, despite what they're selling...

    If a company's distributors are successful in their sales, the company will be successful in their natural positive growth.

    Some other direct sales businesses compensate their distributors based on larger matrices (3x5, 4x7, etc) which take a much longer time to fill, and some are almost impossible to fill... these companies have chosen matrices that are SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR THE COMPANY to make money, not their frontline worker - YOU...

    I told him that if I had not attended every Saturday training call, and many of the weekly opportunity calls to stay updated about Iggly Biggly's progress, I certainly would not appear as patient as he thinks I am. But I have performed my due diligence about Lisa Middleton and Iggly Biggly at all the relevant governmental agencies and I have found nothing at all negative; additionally, everything I have found has been consistent with what Lisa has said from the very first training call back in March.

    I also understand that this is NOT a 'get rich quick' opportunity ~ it is a REAL COMPANY, with REAL PRODUCTS that needs to comply with ALL LAWS...

    If Iggly Biggly was launched quicker WITHOUT being in compliance with relevant laws, I would be VERY WORRIED about the INTEGRITY of what we were doing...

    So, hence, these unpleasant delays GUARANTEE THAT WE ARE IN FULL LEGAL COMPLIANCE.

    Finally, I have spoken with Lisa on the phone, via email, and have closely followed and analyzed the information she has provided us and I must say that Lisa Middleton and Barbara Soetaert are Revolutionary Philanthropists ~ they truly believe in helping other people FIRST and reaping those natural benefits LAST ~

    3) if you signed up with a MONEY ORDER, you need to go to your backoffice login page
    a. Click the JOIN BUTTON, enter the SPONSOR NAME of the person who sponsored you, and complete the join process.
    b. Submitting your Money Order was only THE FIRST STEP in the sign up process.
    c. You MUST go to the login/join page and JOIN the BACKOFFICE to access YOUR MATRIX and personal information.
    d. DO NOT FORGET to SIGN your Purchase and Independent Distributor Agreements ASAP. You will see them on your FIRST LOGIN.

    Barbara wants everyone to know that IT IS ILLEGAL TO PAY YOU if you do not sign the Purchase and Independent Distributor Agreements.

    1. Attend at least 2 Opportunity Calls per week which occur Monday through Thursday, 8pm EST
    a. Receive any Iggly Biggly Breaking News
    b. Introduce your New Referrals to the opportunity

    2. Attend EVERY Saturday Training Call, 1pm EST
    a. {Gina’s Note - Make contact with your members before and after the call, via email, phone, or instant messenger, to remind them of the call and then to give them important details after the call. If you send them an email after the call, they can then pass your information along to their downline, and they can pass it along to theirs… Feel free to use my updates… }
