Hello Interested People,

I find myself in spring cleaning mode here.... sometimes it just clears my head and "makes space" literally and mentally for new possibilities when I reorganize things and clean in all the nooks and crannies.

So, between all my forex duties, auto surfing, kid and hubby care, school holidays and my husband redoing the WC with his friends all weekend (ugh)... I am also finding myself up to my elbows in dust, pokemon cards and lost marbles as I move furniture and go thru all the "stuff".

I need to update on several programs... as well as create the step by step guide to using HelloHello to earn points, which will eventually be redeemed for money if all goes well. I am hoping to get all this done before the weekend, so bear with me!

First update is Iggly Biggly

When they moved our downline into the matrix programming, everything got VERY messed up. I had worked so hard building a perfect 2x2 for everyone and what I have ended up with is a horrible mess that doesn't look anything like it was supposed to. And worse is that they can't fix it, so we have to live with it.

What happened was that I had a few people join directly at my site instead of asking me for a referral name. I ASSumed that these people would just be placed at the BOTTOM of the 2x2 I had already entered into the system; WRONG.

They were inserted in at the top, which threw off the 2x2 into something I can't even describe.  The same thing happened to Lucki and a few of you as well. Anyone that had more than the two people we intentionally placed under them before they moved to the matrix, threw off the lines of 2x2 so that hardly anyone cycled. I didn't cycle, neither did Lucki. We should have and maybe even twice (by cycled, I mean at the $480 level) and I think a few of the first entries should have too.

So, now that I have a huge messy downline that I can't even SEE... I don't know WHERE to fill in the holes. No clue how to get those that should have cycled to cycle, nor to keep building under those that don't have two yet. It is a huge mess and while I am not happy about it, I do have a solution that may save our group build.

The only way to fill in all the holes is to have everyone join under my link and they will then trickle down to the first available empty position to get people to cycle. I can't even see below my two plus the extra few that used my link. I have NO IDEA how to strategically place anyone at this point, so this is the best thing I can do.

I made certain with Lisa that everyone CAN CYCLE thru spillover only. You don't NEED 2 to qualify. You will get paid if you cycle even if you have NO personal referrals.

So this is the best I can do at this point.... do whatever YOU can to sign people up under yourself... it would be "cleaner" if everyone had 2 personals and then helped those two get two personals... but to salvage our team build, the only way is to trickle down and cycle everyone thru spillover only.

Remember, it is only $20... you get flip flops and a chance to make $100, then $380 over and over again. This is an easy sell, or a cheap easy way to pay it forward and help people you know and love, or even that family down the street that needs a helping hand.

So in other words, the team build approach is shot because I just don't have any idea of knowing where to strategically place people anymore. But if all those signing up use my link, it will spillover down the line to all those below me, so that is the plan now and the best that I can do.

News from the calls (thank you Janet!):

The link for the debit card has finally been approved. It will go on the sites of the people who have earnings coming to them. They'll need to register for the debit card---SS# and other info. (That's why we didn't get them in the mail. The debit card people needed the SS#'s etc before they could send the cards out) They are hoping to have the link on the site by the end of the weekend.

They will be paying 2 times per month---the 1st & 15th (even if you've cycled multiple times).

They are letting go of the Sat night calls. They also dropped the 2nd Wed night call. There haven't been very many people on these calls. Calls will now be Sun-Fri 8pm EST and Sat Training 1pm EST. They'll have a recorded one soon so we can listen anytime that we want to.

Apparently STP changed something or another on Monday (can only put in 1 per credit card or something like that). Whether it was because of the new 400 pages of Compliance Laws or what Lisa's not sure. She'll let us know by Monday night.

They always stress the importance of bring in 2 and help them bring in 2. This is the only way the matrix is going to keep moving. If there's someone on your team that is not doing anything, you can buy out their position and put someone else who wants to work in that spot. Ask for their username and password and give them their $20 back in this case.

Also, Gina Turcotte, a friend of mine, has a forum up where she posts info on the calls as well. If you can't be on the calls and don't want to wait for an update from me, hop over there and see what she has posted. Gina, please help me keep people informed! Thanks hon!
