Hello Interested People,

The more I study this one, the more I am confident it will be a long term winner for us. It is however, just like JSS, a MONEY GAME and not really business based like ZeekRewards is. So play accordingly.

Here is the info and write up and at the end is an easy Step By Step, as promised!

At UltraXProject,  you can earn in 3 ways, passively:

1. Dividend shares.
2. Cyclers.
3. Residual Matrix

All three methods work together so it is important to participate in all three right from the start!

1. DIVIDEND SHARES EXPLAINED

* Each share costs $5 and pays you $10 (200%) back over 100 days at 2% paid daily.
* Each share you have pays you a dividend each and everyday at around midnight GMT.
* Every 2 shares that mature give you a free cycler position (upgraded members only).
Once you upgrade you can buy as many shares as you want (maximum 5 for non upgraded members unless you also buy cyclers).
You can build up your daily income by compounding your earnings, this is buying more shares from your earnings using your account balance.

The big part of owning shares in this program is what they convert to after they mature (paid you $10 back).
IF you are an upgraded member, that is any other status apart from casual, then every 2 shares you own that mature will give you a free cycler position.

Each time anyone buys a share, then 20% ($1) is paid out through the residual matrix as a commission. This matrix can pay you HUGE amounts, you will be shocked at the power of this element too.


2. CYCLERS EXPLAINED

I RECOMMEND EVERYONE BUY AT LEAST 1 CYCLE POSITION - This is so you are in the cycle system BEFORE any share positions mature.

Each cycler costs $5.
When you cycle tier 1 for the first time you get paid $25 and get 2 new free re-entries back into tier 1 so you can cycle again.
When you cycle tier 1 for the 2nd time you get paid $10 and get 1 entry into tier 2 PLUS another re-entry into tier 1.

This alternate pattern continues all the time in each tier, one cycle pays you 5 times the tier entry fee (the higher payout sum) plus 2 re-entries in the same tier, the next cycle pays you twice the entry fee (the lower payout sum), a position in the next tier and a re-entry back in the tier you cycled.

Also the way they are placed is interesting. Each cycle you buy or is generated by re-entries is placed in one of 3 ways.
The first one is placed in your sponsor's oldest uncycled matrix.
The 2nd one is placed in YOUR oldest uncycled matrix and so helps you cycle.
The 3rd one is placed in the olest next in line (NIL) matrix and so is the way this system helps EVERYONE, even those with no referrals.

This pattern then continues for the 4th, 5th, 6th and again for the 7th, 8th, 9th and so on...

Now look at the payouts for each level, remember what i said about the payout rotation at the start of this section and what the higher and lower payouts are for....

Tier 1 pays $25 and $10
Tier 2 pays $100 and $40
Tier 3 pays $400 and $160
Tier 4 pays $1600 and $640
Tier 5 pays $6400 and $2560
Tier 6 pays $25,600 and $30,715

The residual matrix plays another huge role again here, it pays a commission every time ANYONE in it buys a share or cycles a position and it can pay you as many as 8 levels down depending on your upgrade level...

Look at the matrix commissions when people cycle each tier....

Tier 1 - $5
Tier 2 - $20
Tier 3 - $80
Tier 4 - $320
Tier 5 - $1280
Tier 6 - $5120

 
3. THE RESIDUAL MATRIX - This is the UXP upgrade. This can pay you passively thru spillover. Everyone should upgrade at least to Bronze.

Normal programs only pay you commission on your referrals and your referral's referrals.... this goes way beyond that.
This can actually pay you 8 levels deep in a forced 5x8 matrix structure.

The matrix are commissions paid.....

* Each time a direct referral upgrades - 33% of the upgrade cost, which ever level they upgrade to.
* Each time ANYONE in your 5x8 matrix, up to the level you can earn to, buys a share.
* Each time ANYONE in your 5x8 matrix, up the level you can earn to, cycles in a tier.

Everyone gets placed in the matrix as soon as they sign up, with the matrix being a 5 wide forced matrix then it means there is also spillover. This means that you could have people in your matrix that you have not referred and you will still earn commissions from!

A full 5x8 matrix would look like this.. You can earn a commission from every single person below you in your matrix.

Level 1 - 5 members.
Level 2 - 25 members.
Level 3 - 125 members.
Level 4 - 625 members.
Level 5 - 3125 members.
Level 6 - 15625 members.
Level 7 - 78125 members.
Level 8 - 390625 members.

Each commission, apart from the direct 33% sponsor's upgrade bonus, is paid per level as follows:
NOTE - Each levels percentage is a percentage of the commission. Example is the $1 commission paid per share bought, this is split as follows

Level 1 - 20% - Pays $0.20 per share bought by someone on this level.
Level 2 - 20% - Pays $0.20 per share bought by someone on this level.
Level 3 - 10% - Pays $0.10 per share bought by someone on this level.
Level 4 - 10% - Pays $0.10 per share bought by someone on this level.
Level 5 - 10% - Pays $0.10 per share bought by someone on this level.
Level 6 - 10% - Pays $0.10 per share bought by someone on this level.
Level 7 - 10% - Pays $0.10 per share bought by someone on this level.
Level 8 - 10% - Pays $0.10 per share bought by someone on this level.

Each level of upgrade opens up another level of your matrix that you can earn from the member activity.

Starting at $14.95 to open up your top 3 levels and increasing in increments until you are ultima level and can earn off your entire matrix.
All you need to do is keep up with your matrix so if you just joined then the first level upgrade is enough, as your team grows then higher levels are needed in order to earn deeper.


THATS NOT ALL! NOW LOOK AT THE CYCLE COMMISSIONS

Each time anyone cycles a position in the cycles part of the program then a commission is paid back up the matrix and this increases for each level.

These are the commissions that are paid up the matrix each time.....

Tier 1 - $5
Tier 2 - $20
Tier 3 - $80
Tier 4 - $320
Tier 5 - $1280
Tier 6 - $5120

Now let's show how this is shared out in the residual matrix...

Just using the $5 commission for anyone cycling tier 1...

Level 1 - 20% - Pays $1.00 per tier 1 cycle by someone on this level.
Level 2 - 20% - Pays $1.00 per tier 1 cycle by someone on this level.
Level 3 - 10% - Pays $0.50 per tier 1 cycle by someone on this level.
Level 4 - 10% - Pays $0.50 per tier 1 cycle by someone on this level.
Level 5 - 10% - Pays $0.50 per tier 1 cycle by someone on this level.
Level 6 - 10% - Pays $0.50 per tier 1 cycle by someone on this level.
Level 7 - 10% - Pays $0.50 per tier 1 cycle by someone on this level.
Level 8 - 10% - Pays $0.50 per tier 1 cycle by someone on this level.

I know this is a lot of information, but here is the....

Easy Step by Step:

1. Join UltraXProject here (thank you!): http://uxp.workathomebux.com/

  -Please make sure your referrer shows up as Suzanna before joining, thanks!
 
2. Log in and upgrade to Bronze for $15. This locks in your matrix position and you start earning on any spillover and/or anyone you bring in.
     -Click MATRIX on your top menu bar.
     -Click ACTIVATE NOW from the menu on the left.
     -Select a package (package 1 is fine for now) for $14.95. Add to cart.
     -Scroll to bottom of that page to select one of the payment options, account balance, alertpay or solidtrustpay and pay.
  
3. Buy Cycler position(s), at least one if not more, for $5 each:

     -Click CYCLERS on your top menu bar.
     -Click GET MORE CYCLER POSITIONS from the menu on the left.
     -Select a voucher from the webstore (add to cart), $5 value buys you 1 cycler, there are others to chose from if you want more too.
     -Scroll to bottom of that page to see your cart and click OPEN CART.
     -Add more packages if you wish then click CHECKOUT in bottom right hand corner.
     -Select one of the payment options, account balance, alertpay or solidtrustpay and pay.

4. BUY DAILY PAY SHARES, $5 each. As many as you want, the more the better!

     -Click SHARES on your top menu bar.
     -Click GET MORE SHARES from the menu on the left.
     -Select a voucher from the webstore (add to cart), $5 value buys you 1 share, there are others to chose from if you want more too.
     -Scroll to bottom of that page to see your cart and click OPEN CART.
     -Add more packages if you wish then click CHECKOUT in bottom right hand corner.
     -Select one of the payment options, account balance, alertpay or solidtrustpay and pay.

5. Log in daily and compound by repurchasing shares or cyclers with your account balance or withdraw daily, min payout is $1!
