I can't possible express how EXCITED I am about this opp for us! I
just got off the phone with the owner/president Larry Telford and I have
GREAT news! The initial entry of $299 includes the first 3 months
payments! We won't have to take
ANYTHING out of pocket after that! Isn't that
amazing?!
Not only will you not have to pay out of pocket after the
entry, but they start paying you after the first month as
well!
I made triple sure of it while I had him on the phone: you do not have to
recruit and each month you will earn money until you move to Emerald (and
on up). Everyone will, whether they recruit or not.
Totally passive people will make money every month from the gain sharing, it will be paid to you each month. As soon as you have been paid a total of $1000, you get put to emerald level automatically. Once you max out the Emerald level, you are making more than enough each month to pay for the Diamond (highest) level... so you can just jump right from Emerald to Diamond and skip the other levels!
The thing I did not realize is that without recruiting, even though you will
be making money each month towards that $1000, it may take a while to get
there. He said right now, without recruiting, BB level gain share is paying
people their $50 monthly payment and from $5-$10 to their bank acct.
The idea behind this immediate monthly profit is that they will "show you the
money" in YOUR bank account and the ease in having that happen (just by
joining!) and whether it takes a month or a year, you will eventually gain
the confidence you need to share the program with others, thereby speeding up
your earnings and getting you into your new home sooner.
So, it is and can be totally passive, but their big idea is to make sharing
this program a natural process because of how easy and wonderful it is. And
sharing the program with others helps you get to the higher levels and into
your dream home faster.
But say you stay totally passive and never share this with a soul... you will
STILL get paid every month starting the first month, you will still be moving
towards the higher levels and you will still get into your dream house... but
it will take longer than 3 years to get there. Seriously, it is a beautiful
program!
He also said everyone entering at Emerald level also never have to pay out of
pocket after the entry amount either! He is hoping this becomes true of all
levels, even Diamond within next 6-8 months.
I was tempted to upgrade to Emerald already... but I just looked and it is a
bit above my means @ $1195.
I am just so excited about this one, it is really PERFECT for us, and talking
to the guy has reassured me enormously.
He isn't an internet guy, he is a builder. And he has been coming up
with this formula for over 10 years. And since they have been open it is all
working out as planned, better than that even. They are still having some
growing pains in back office stuff, like payment processors in and out, but
he is working on that diligently. It is all good!
If you are having a hard time trying to figure out how to pay for your entry like I am... they were using paypal, but we all know how paypal is... so they are no longer using it. I told him about alertpay since it is similar to paypal, but not so strict, has multiple currencies and he is going to get an acct set up to let us pay in and for being paid every month as well.
The company opened late last year, but didn't really get going until
Jan/Feb 2008. But it is picking up speed really quickly. The fact that
Emerald (the next level after "Building Block") level is already covered
after first month is a sign that business is increasing, we are getting in at
the right time and I am SURE this thing is going to EXPLODE on the internet
as soon as the bigger group leaders get wind of it.
OK, I think I covered all the news on this one. I will repost the info from
yesterday, adjusted with this news, in case you didn't see it or want
to look at it again.
Best news again: One time out of pocket, then your monthly payment is covered and
you start earning your first month! No recruiting required!
This is true for Building Block level and Emerald Level. If you join a higher
level, you may have to pay a few more monthlies out of pocket. But I
don't expect anyone to start at higher than block level.

ICF World Homes is a Canadian company and the product is HOUSES. Yes,
beautiful architectural homes using ICF construction, which is the "greenest"
method of house construction I think, with an energy efficiency rating of R50
(for whatever that is worth, but apparently is amazingly high.)
Just google ICF Homes and you'll see the amazing results. The method
has been around for decades and has a stellar reputation.
Anyway, this business is about owning your own house in as little as three
years, with very little out of pocket. There are several levels you can start
with, but I joined at the "block" level and will earn more and more blocks
until I have earned enough to build a 100,000 sq ft dream home!
Or you can use the funds to renovate your own home or pay off the mortgage.
Any where in the world!
The cost of the one starting block is $299 Canadian, which at current
exchange rates is also about $299 USD. Then you have a monthly payment
towards more blocks of $50 per month, but the first three months are included
in the $299 and they are covered thru the gain-sharing program after
that.
But wait! Here is where it is an absolutely beautiful system for us! You will
not have to pay more than the first starting cost of $299 before your
earnings start covering your costs. And you don't have to recruit to
make it happen!
The way it works, and there is a video presentation on the site or you can
attend a live presentation in several Canadian cities, is that as long as 32
people join after you do in the next 30 days and then another 32 join under
them in the next 30 days, your costs will be covered. The 32 people coming in
are company wide! Not just from me and you and upline, but from anywhere in
the entire company!
Right now, with hundreds joining every month, this is a no-brainer (as much
as I hate that phrase!).
I just joined this morning, after giving this a closer look and LOVING what I
saw. So I can't give you any personal experience yet. But there is
nothing I found on google to indicate this was anything but the real deal,
just undiscovered by the masses so far.
You can call the company, you can go to presentations, there are a lot of
ways to get more intimate knowledge of the inner workings of this, but after
I finally "got it" I had to jump right in and I know that you will want this

So far I really like this one. The concept is a bit unique but one
that seems to fit the times. I had a bunch of questions that I got
answered by the company and from the person I joined with.
Also I have had a number of questions from around the globe from
people who are interested in this plan.
For example: "Is it available in France or England?"
Yes, it is available worldwide.
"Are we getting paid or are we paying them to build a new house? If
so where?"
It is a combination of both really. They are worldwide (Worldwide
Homes).
There is an option to use the home plans the company has, renovate an
existing one or buy one of your choosing in the local market place. So
lots of options.
There is a payment required monthly, but as long as there are 32 sales
in the whole company that is covered by the company. This month there
will be hundreds sold. Already almost 200 this month so everyone is
covered. (according to the FAQs on the site, this is after the second
month)
You can also take the low entry one at $299 plus tax and then upgrade
with your earnings. The payment helps build additional blocks even if
you are not actually paying the payment yourself. I would suggest
most people would start at this level and once you see it build up you
can upgrade later on at no additional cost.
