  If you are a member of GNI you probably got an email with certain allegations and a list of your deposits.

  In response, I do believe the site was hacked and they did have access to the database and they did send the email to us from the admin email address.

  As far as it being a ponzi however, there is no way they can see that in the program's database! They would not be able to see that information without access to GNIs ecurrency accounts and/or bank accounts.

  I do not believe GNI is a ponzi. I do believe these hackers are trying to cause chaos and mayhem. They probably tried to blackmail GNI admin, unsuccessfully, and that is why we are being subjected to this. That is speculation on my part however. Most hackers aren't hacking just to "protect" us...

  I have not heard directly from GNI, but one person apparently has and was told that Todd has contained the breach and everything is under control.

  I expect we will hear from admin shortly...

  As far as what actions to take? That is up to you. Clearly the site was really hacked, and this email could cause a panic that could mean trouble. So you need to do what feels right to you.

  But as far as the ponzi issue, like I said, they can't see that kind of information in the database without access to ecurrency and/or bank accounts and there is no sign that they have had access to those.

  I will keep you updated as I learn more.
