  I want to tell about a few changes that SSO has made with
  the tobacco buyers club that should be of benefit to you
  so please read on....
  
  As you may be aware SSO does not accept credit cards for
  payment of tobacco products. Any online cigarette retailer
  that DOES accept credit cards for payment should be
  avoided as they have a deal in place to report your
  purchases.
  
  SSO has been issuing private debit cards for purchases.
  The private debit cards are outside the banking radar so
  your purchases cannot be traced by any state, government
  agency, taxing authority and so on.
  
  SSO has been working hard to make your membership and
  buying experience a smooth and easy one and some great
  changes have been made.
  
  ~ New Payment Method ~
  
  A new payment system has been instituted for New Buying
  Members. All new members will be issued their own personal
  SSO In-House Purchasing Account. All product purchases
  will be paid with funds deposited in this account.
  
  Access to this account will be made online, at the SSO
  website, in the Buying Members personal Private
  Office area.
  
  The Buying Members personal payment account will be
  set up automatically at the time of registration; but
  will not be activated until the membership activation
  fee has been received.
  
  Buying Members will pay a $3.00 load fee (same as
  Referral Members that load through SO) each time they
  deposit funds into their account. However, there will
  be NO monthly service fee charged for this account and
  NO minimum balance requirement.
  
  Buying Members will have the option during
  registration to deposit funds into their personal
  account in conjunction with paying their onetime
  membership activation fee; which will greatly speed up
  and simplify your first product purchase process.
  
  All new registrants will be able to pay the fee associated
  with the membership they have chosen AND fund their
  account (or load the card) at the same time via one of
  three methods.
  
  ~ Payment Methods ~
  
  1) Online through their personal checking account via
  the BILL PAY system. Bill Pay is a system provided to
  checking account holders by most USA Banks.
  
  2) By mail with either a paper check or money order. A
  mail in form; which can be printed right from the
  website, will be provided to the registrant when they
  choose this option.
  
  3) Online through their EXISTING ALERTPAY account. If
  the registrant is not already a member of the ALERTPAY
  system, they will be discouraged from using this
  option because of complexity & timeframe. However for
  those that currently use ALERTPAY it is a very fast &
  reliable system to transfer funds to SSO.
  
  ~ Coming Soon! Major Credit Card Accepted For Registration
  Only ~
  
  In addition, for those that ONLY wish to pay their
  membership fee or membership activation fee and do not
  wish to fund their account or card at that time, new
  registrants will also have the option of paying the
  fee online with a major credit card!
  
  Note: Credit Card payment will be for registration ONLY.
  Credit Cards will NOT be accepted for product purchases.
  
  ~ Redesigned Web Registration ~
  
  The first registration page at the website will
  remain the same; however after submission of that
  page, the registrant will be guided through a step by
  step process with clear and in-depth explanations for
  each step.
  
  This redesign will provide a more comfortable & user
  friendly signup environment and provide you with a much
  better understanding of what you will receive with the choices you have made.
  
  SSO hopes these changes will make your buying experience a
  simple and easy one.
  
  I have noticed there are still many of you out there that
  have signed up but have not submitted your registration
  fee. Many have complained that the buying process was too
  complicated.
  
  Well, that has all changed. It is now easier than ever to
  become a member and to buy products.
