  that I get alot is:
  
  Why Does SSO Only Accept the Private Debit Card as
  Payment For Product Purchases?
  
  => The biggest reason...
  
  US Postal Service Anti-Money Laundering Program -
  Adopted May 2006:
  
  The USPS Anti-Money Laundering Program was put into
  place based on the authority under the U.S.A. Bank
  Secrecy Act.
  
  The U.S.A. Bank Secrecy Act requires (allows) all
  U.S.A. Banks, Credit Card Companies, Banks that issue
  Visa or MasterCard logo type Debit Cards, ACH
  processing systems and some businesses such as car
  dealers & jewelers; which also includes the U.S.
  Postal Service, to collect personal information and
  document and/or report certain types of financial
  transactions made by their customers to the U.S.
  Treasury department and/or other State or Federal
  Government Agencies.
  
  Specifically, this policy gives the U.S. Postal
  Service the right to collect (and then report) various
  information from you at the time you purchase a U.S.
  Postal Service Money Order.
  
  What the USPS does not tell you is that it also gives
  U.S.A. Authorities the ability to trace the instrument
  of payment you use through the entire U.S.A. Banking
  system!
  
  If SSO were to allow Members to use Money Orders,
  Checks, Credit Cards, U.S.A. Bank issued Debit Cards
  containing either the Visa or the MasterCard logo or
  ACH online Check systems as a method of payment for
  SSO product purchases (like other online & mail-order
  cigarette suppliers do) the Member & the items
  purchased could (and in many cases would) be reported
  to various Government and/or Taxing Agencies through
  those payment methods.
  
  Folks, it is happening every single day & the average
  consumer or user of those payment methods does not
  even have a clue!
  
  SSO on the other hand is working daily to protect
  Members right to privacy. SSO is firmly committed to
  protecting your right to purchase cigarettes and
  tobacco products from the supplier of your choosing;
  without risk of your name, contact information, item
  purchased, frequency of purchase, and/or financial
  transaction information becoming a matter of record
  which could be then accessed or used by Taxing
  Authorizes, Health Insurance Companies or any other
  Government Agency.
  
  That is just one more reason why all SSO Members
  receive a Private Debit Card with their paid
  membership...

  of payment & method of handling money that is available on the
  planet! Most knowledgeable Members will use this card for far
