Hi Friend

This week is a liquorice all sorts week - with a mixture of topics shared.

We start by looking at why small business needs to be clear on who they are serving - the small piece or the whole pie.

We then look at one employee exit process that is often overlooked, and yet can cause big problems down the track.

Our product of the week came from a number of requests from people on how to improve their presentation skills.
