Hi
Friend
Before I get into this week's
newsletter just a note that the
office will be unattended from
Wednesday - Sunday next week. I am
taking a few days break to visit my
mother in Sydney. We will get back to
all your emails on my return.
This week we look at
communications in their many forms.
We start with the English you were
taught at school and how it may be
costing you business. We then look at
English with your employees and why
spelling is still
important. We also look at the communication
in handshakes
Finally I include a follow
up one of our readers received after
last week's article on whether you
own your images.
