Taking responsibility for performance management

Hi Friend
Welcome to March! Our theme for March is "taking responsibility". I see many people who are great at the blame game in business, and I also see many people who step up and take responsibility for both the good and bad in their business. What I observe is the ones who take responsibility are sustainably more profitable and happier than the ones who duck and weave.
In this issue we look at Performance Management and how managers can step up and take responsibility for performance managing their team.
We also look at how you can take the lessons from performance management and apply them into your copy.
Finally - I unveil a project I have been quietly working on - and give you access to some great downloads!

Product of the Week - Employee Performance Reviews: Tips, Templates & Tactics
Many of you know about our great e-book. And over the months since its initial release I have heard feedback that people wanted more. They wanted more training and support in implementing their performance management systems in their workplace.
So I recorded a series of 8 training sessions on a wide range of performance management topics and added them to the e-book as a f*ree bonus. The price stayed the same at just $24.97 AUD (+GST), but it now comes with 8 bonus training sessions.
People also wanted more forms and templates - so I created them as well.
So - I am now giving away the additional forms and templates PLUS the first training session on an introduction to performance management and performance management myths as a download just for visiting my special webpage and entering your details.
So go to my special page and download your performance review forms as well as the first training session. If you like it, forward the details to your friends and colleagues. I look forward to sharing this information with you.
