the Nursery Industry Association on Recruitment
and Employee Performance, so to get in the mood
we start off by looking at recruitment
interviewing and some of my top tips.
One of my favourite interviews of all time
was a number of years ago when I needed to hire a
Santa for a retail chain. The guy who got the
role came up the stairs to the office with a loud
and very jolly "Ho ho ho - Merry
