This week rather than looking at cost cutting, we will look at ways to add value to your business by adding premiums.

We start by looking at the whole issue of premiums in business - what some of them are and how you can implement them.

We then look at why wages premiums may be a better option than going for the lowest wages.

Our business of the week is one that really "gets" the whole premium issue - they create haute coutoure swimming pools.
