Hi
Friend
Here in Brisbane we were hit with
a massive storm on the weekend.
Luckily my home's damage was
relatively minor and easily repaired
over a few days work, but many of our
neighbours and friends were not as
lucky.
Natural
disasters bring out the best in many
people and we certainly saw this in
our street after the
storm.
Bringing out the best in people
and situations is the theme for this
week's newsletter. We start by
looking at performance management
misconceptions, then look at how
performance management should be
applied to your marketing
campaigns.
We then look at one very
enterprising business who leapt in
after the big
storm.
