Continuing on our month's theme of loving your customers, this week we look at how you can show your customers you love them.
This week we look at the different ways people give and receive affection and what this means for business. We also look at how you can use those same strategies to build loyal employees.
Instead of a business of the week - we look at one of the books that most influenced me in this area and it is a book every manager should own.
