Heart Paths - Will the ACCC Shred Your Marketing?

Heart Paths April 10th, 2008 at 6:08 pmHi Friend
A big week this week - the first in a two part series about the ACCC and business. Most people in Australia have heard about the ACCC but don't realise the impact it has on business marketing.
I have been working with a client who has had very close contact with the ACCC lately from marketing materials they created themselves - it is a message in knowing the basics of the Trade Practices Act as they apply to your business. If you get these bits wrong it could be very costly for your business.
Also, after many late hours of PHP coding for beginners (and sheer persistence), I finally managed to add in a comments section into my newsletters. Each week I get great emails from people commenting on the newsletter - so I wanted to add in a comments section to make this easier for people. Check it out and add in your comments.
