The first decorations are up in the shops which means we are on the run down to Christmas! This issue is a holiday themed issue.

We start by looking at the things your business needs to do right now to not be caught out at the end of the year.

We then look at the issue of staff taking holidays and some ways to make the dreaded request for holidays a bit easier.

Our business of the week is a tour company I discovered in a small country town in outback NSW - it has some great lessons for other small businesses in small towns.
