  Read this story from England:
  
  I have always been blessed as what are seen as good respectable
  jobs with good salary, but it always seemed that the bigger the
  salary the bigger the debt. My last job however was with a
  charity and the pay was not that much at all, if anything almost
  a third of my most paid job. I worked for the charity for a year
  and being around an environment which encouraged sadaqah i gave
  quite a lot today and subhanalah the thing that struck me the
  most is that i have paid of all my debts.. alhamdulilah!
  I really understand how much barakah there must have been.
