Simon & Julie, Firstly can I start by saying a huge THANKYOU
for a fantastic weekend, the venue was beautiful and the company
was wonderful. The room was full of friendly, interesting and
ultimately knowledgeable people, not just networking knowledge.
You all have to commit to attending the next Leadership Weekend.

It was a fabulous, enlightening, exciting and most importantly, a
fun filled weekend. I even pulled a stomach muscle with laughing
so much on Saturday night....
John gave us all food for thought both in his presentation and
during dinner. His input was of the utmost value. I don't think I
was alone in having a light bulb moment during this weekend. The
main message was KEEP IT SIMPLE and use ALL of the available

Hi Simon Just a quick email to say a few words on the Leadership
Weekend.
I've been to quite a few similar weekends you have done with the
other companies we were involved with, but the Genie weekend was
by far the best I've experienced.
There was an energy in the room and the Genie seems to be
attracting some real quality people. It was good talking to so
many new people and I think there is a bigger belief because we

Hi Simon Thanks for organising the Leadership weekend. I went to
Cranage Hall with fairly high expectations, which were greatly
exceeded! There were none of the usual Boring Bits between the
'Nuggets' of useful stuff you often find at similar events.

Hi Simon The weekend was an amazing eye opener that made me
realise the power of the product I had at my fingertips. Anne

Simon sometimes one comes across a product or an idea which you
think is great but the timing is somehow wrong, whether that be
the economic climate or whatever. A theme that resonated
throughout the Leadership Weekend was being in the right place at
the right time. Having spent the weekend learning so much about
the genie business, one soon realised one had a tool that is not
only unique but you don't have to sell.......you simply have to
give it away !
And guest speaker John Van Deurzen gave invaluable training/tips
on how to ignite one's business.....almost literally to set it on
fire !!!
A truly inspirational weekend spent in such friendly company
too....definitely you had to have been there ! And for those not
there....most certainly an opportunity lost.....for them !!!!!!

Hi Simon, Thought I would let you know a couple of things that
made me realise the quality of the Leadership Weekend venue. As I
had to leave early on the sunday morning to travel back to
Germany, I had to get some sleep, so after the amazing
conference, I went to my room and ordered a starter and main
course from room service, meanwhile I had already booked a packed
lunch for my travels the next as I was driving back to Germay.
Well heres the awsome bit, on checking out at 2am the next
morning I fully expected to pay for my dinner and packed lunch,
however the guy behind the desk informed me there was no extra
charge, now that is a quality service.
So thanks again to you and Julie for finding these awesome venues
and for putting on such an amazing conference and JVD was as

know we have been to a lot of these events you've put on in the
past, this weekend has got to be one of the best we've ever been

Hi Simon As you know we have been to many, many of these weekends
with you over about about 18 years, so we know the 'success
formula' of which they are a vital part pretty well. We
