WHY SHE IS
SUCH AN AMAZING
PERSON:
Before I get to why
Jordanna and I are so proud of Kerry, I
want to tell all of you how she joined our
business. She was someone that signed
Jordanna up in spa lady years ago, and
after Jordanna had some close friends sign
up on someone else's team, we made a
decision that no more of our contacts would
end up on someone else's team. So we
started calling our chicken lists, and
Kerry was on that list. So you never
know who will explode your business.
Kerry is an amazing Women. When she
joined our business when we first
promoted to ESM, we were in no real way
successful, we had not gotten great
results, but she was coachable &
teachable from the beginning. She
followed our direction and did everything
that we asked her to do. She even
agreed to to be a part of our 10 week
program team in 2009. She promoted
to RSM in 30 days and doubled her first
month as regional even after receiving 40
NO's. She continued to double her
way all the way to ESM. Kerry Koble
& Tim & Sharon Ramstad were the
reason why we won that 10 week program.
When She made it to ESM, she continued to
produce and Qualified for her Lexus
within her first couple months.
Then She started creating leader
after leader like Derek Sheane and
Jessica Ward, Ricardo Ameerali, Gord and
Wanda Ewasiuk just to name a few.
Now she has promoted to National
and we could not be more proud of
her.
Like I said, she was coachable from the
start, and was willing to follow the
system. Kerry is someone who works
hard and cares about her team more then
her own pay cheques. She is a
person of Integrity and character who is
one of the most loyal people I know.
She is mentally, emotionally and
spiritually developed and is a leader of
leaders. Kerry is thoughtful,
caring and passionate about her business
and her team. Always willing to
help and to support others. I have
seen her DO WHAT IS IN THE BEST INTRESTS
OF HER TEAM AND THE COMPANY, even when it
didn't benefit her or feel good at the
time. She is a TRUE
SERVANT-LEADER.
KERRY WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!
YOU HAVE BECOME ONE OF OUR CLOSEST
CONFIDENTS AND BEST LEADERS. BUT
MORE THEN THAT, YOU ARE ONE OF OUR BEST
FRIENDS.
IT IS A PRIVILEGE TO KNOW AND WORK WITH
YOU. YOU HAVE MADE OUR LIVES AND
THE LIVES OF SO MANY PEOPLE THAT MUCH
BETTER.
