Well, I’m happy to see those results because they’re all
related.
Natural health principle’s including whole foods, improving
digestion and elimination, reducing stress and becoming
more
active in both weight bearing exercise as well as
cardiovascular
exercise all result in a healthy lean body.
Cleansing and Detoxification came in #7 on the list and will be
a
primary focus of my new book Fat Loss Fundamentals.
