Hi Friend

I just finished doing a motivational call for a friend of mine
for a group of ladies who have joined a fitness group and
wanted some motivation for their weight challenges.

amoung other things, I impressed upon them the need to make
daily habits that would become a lifestyle and lead towards
their goals.

I made them aware of the difference between wishes and goals,
and there is a BIG difference.  We can wish to have a million
dollars by the time we're 40 (or 50 or whatever), but then we
can also make it a goal, and take decisive steps towards that
goal.

I decided to look over some resources I had for the topic and
found that my buddy Dan Robey who wrote the book on creating
new positive habits has not only extended his offer he made
a few weeks ago, but has improved upon his product by a
huge margin as well.

Dan says describes his program as

"A program based on a proven science that few people have even
heard of, called "Cognitive Re-Structuring." A scientific process
that is so simple that anyone, even a child can do it. Yet so
powerful, it's effects are "Life Changing" and "Permanent."

Dan is offering his book, a recording of his book and a PC
program that runs on your computer plus $1750 worth of bonus's
when you order.

Don't miss this offer, I'm not sure when it ends

On that same note, I'll tell you a success story about the power
of making a single change.

I told you about a fellow I met while doing cardio a month ago
or so. He was talking about ONE single change he made that allowed
him to drop 8 pounds in a week.  He added one scoop of protein powder
to his daily intake of foods.  I follwed up with him just the other
day and he says he's still at the same weight after that final week
and he's kept up with that single scoop of protein.

you can read about protein here:

and also the difference between supplemental protein vs food
protein here:

http://www.formerfatguy.com/articles/protein-sups-vs-foods.asp

My MSN nickname for the time being is "Protein is my friend"
and it's true.  It can make such a dramatic difference in how
we feel and look.

so another story I have about a guy who's made ONE single new
habit is Chris, a trainer at my gym.

Chris is about 23 and is in mixed martial arts.  A mixture of
wrestling, karate, judo, taekwondo, I'm not sure of what all, but
he's young, a trainer and in pretty good shape.

He knows my story and tells his clients about me in an effort to
motivate them, that "if he can do it, you can do it too!".

Chris told me the other day that he made ONE single new habit and
that was to switch from take out foods every day to eating rice that
he made at home and brought to work.  He now nibbles on the rice
rather than eating out.

Result?  He dropped 6 pounds in 7 weeks.

What I've done now is coached him to switch that rice to brown rice.
A whole grain brown rice will result in higher protein, a longer
energy curve, less of a sugar spike and should results in more muscle
and the burning of more fat.

So, you see, these are ordinary people who have decided to make one
positive habit, to make one single change in their life and it's gotten
them results.

and it doesn't end in fat loss, it could literally go anywhere you
want to take it.

Like I said, I don't know when the offer ends, so grab this up quick
and become a better you
