Hello Friend

Let me tell you, it's been a very strange past few days.

I had someone sign up for my newsletter and after they received
the first message, they replaced the un-sub-scribe link at the
bottom with an advertisement for Hoodia. There was no way to
un-sub-scribe.

Then, they mass mailed it to a bunch of MSN and HOTMAIL email
addresses.

These people did not want the information and it really made
them mad.

Since Sunday, I've been heading off and appolgizing to
hundreds of people and a lot of them were not very nice. It
led to a very stressful day and then I realized...

"there was very little I could do about it", so I let go of it.

I did what I could from my end, contacted some people to help
track the fellow down and left it at that. I began to laugh
at the replies that I got with all the vulgarity because I
realized that they had NO idea who I am or what I do. I
stopped taking it personally.

It's then that I got this:

"Take this moment off. Stop 'doing' anything and 'do' nothing
for just a few moments. Take a deep, cleansing breathe and relax
back into your chair. Thank you for the love and support you
have shown me. I love you very much.

and so I did. I cried.

It's been a very weird 2006 and as I said before, I've been in
a bit of a funk, so this was exactly perfect for me and at
just the right time for me to watch it. It's what I needed
in the moment.

There's so much to be said for being grateful for what we have
right here and right now. The future is very bright and it's
in the moment that we create what it is that we want or desire.

They're principles that I've used for years but even I needed
someone to remind me at this moment in my life.

so now I pay it foward to you Friend.

Thank you for being in my life. Thank you for recommending me

that forward my messages to your friends or contacts. Thank
