1. Feedback from a reader
Hi Rob,
I just wanted to thank you for your site and the great info
and your story. Next week, I'm going to embark on a 12 week
training program offered to the members of the gym I go to.
I'm going to be losing 20lbs, signficantly lower my body
fat
and maintain lean muscle. I'm going to succeed. Because
that's
what I want and I'm willing to work as hard as I can to achieve
it.
I really like your story. You're an inspiration to myself
and
a lot of people out there who want to be simply the best
they
can be. That last sounds like a hoary sports cliche, but it's
true.
Thanks a lot. You look fantastic. I hope I can look as good
as you someday.
BTW: I'm a 50 year old guy. 5'8", 185lbs.
Take care

Fantastic. That's exactly the attitude everyone needs.
Focus on what you want, not what you don't want and keep
that vision tightly within your mind and you WILL succeed.

2. Quick Update
Hi Friend, first of all, sorry for the lack of
communication with you. I\'ve been ULTRA busy in the past
few
weeks with training and traveling.
I have some personal goals I\'d like to meet this year and
with
having a month off, have put in an enormous amount of work in
my
fitness and cardio routine.
My time has been spent doing cardio, training, eating,
shopping,
laundry and sleeping pretty much for the past 4 weeks with
the
exception of one week where I was in LA at a Peak
Potentials
event.
Anyway, I wanted to let you know about two things before I fly
to
Vancouver for the weekend with my lady.
1. I just re-launched one of my other websites
www.bodybuilderinterviews.com and thought you might want to
go
over and have a look. There are currently 5 interview snips
available when you subscribe to the newsletter (which I\'m
working
on). One is with Tom Venuto where we discuss the importance
of
post workout fuel and the difference in that fuel if your goal
is
fat loss or muscle building / recovery.
Visit it here www.bodybuilderinterviews.com
2. I have a few clients and subscribers who have been
inquiring about what to do when we hit a plateau or when
we\'re
depressed about the lack of results in our training or fat
loss
program. I posted an article on my blog about it yesterday
after
finding an amazing point of view written by Tom. I could
not
have put it better, so I didn\'t.
You can have a look at that here:
http://www.formerfatguy.com/weblog/2006/06/weight-loss-plateau-what-to-do-when.asp
and finally, yes, I am working on the next installment of
the
series \"jump start your fat loss\". It\'s a critical piece
and
even after having visitors go to my
www.bodybuilderinterviews.com
website, they\'re asking me about it too.
It\'s so important a piece that I want to make sure I get
the
content correct and also that I get it to you as soon as
possible.
if you're new to this list, and want to view the first two
parts of "Jump Start Your Fat Loss" go here:
