Hi, thanks to everyone who replied about helping me find the collectors edition Altoids tin.

turns out I can get it from walgreens.com online and get it shipped to me for under $6 so thank you for your help getting me out of the doghouse.

Second.. I have some very cool news regarding a MAJOR guest on my Former Fat Guy Show which I've booked for a couple of weeks from now. Yes, my show is going back on the air so to speak and this is a MAJOR guest. I'll let you know very soon as I'd like your help in providing questions for the guest.

so look for that email later today.

Third.. some announcements coming up about some Harv Eker courses being held this fall that I can get you into for pennies. These are $1300 courses for the cost of a book.. I'll tell you about that soon too.

and Fourth.. some housekeeping:

I got a few emails while I was away on holidays regarding protein types and also some stuff about loose skin etc and I'll be answering those over the next week too.
