I have just read a really great article by Tom Venuto and wanted to let you know about it... as it's one you should DEFINITELY go and read as soon as you can!
The article is entitled "The Truth About Counting Calories". Here's a quick extract and the link so you can go read it for yourself.
"Do calories
matter or do you simply need to eat certain
foods and that will guarantee you'll lose weight?
"Should you count
calories or can you just count
"portions?" Is it necessary to keep a food diary? Is
it
unrealistic to count calories for the rest of your life
or
is that just part of the price you pay for a better
body?
"You're about to
learn the answers to these questions and
discover a simple solution for keeping track of your
food
intake without having to crunch numbers every day or
become a fanatic about your food."
Here's the link to the
complete article. I strongly
recommend you take 3 mins out of your schedule and go read
this fabulous article right away!

There's a new article on
Oatmeal too. Oatmeal changed my life
way back in 1992 just after I began my journey. Go get
the
info about oatmeal at:

I've also posted
responses to a couple of questions that have
been asked of me
1. Do you have loose skin after dropping 300 pounds of fat?
2. "I'm also an advocate
of BFFM and I was wondering if you
find it conflicts with your beliefs about proper food
combining?
Obviously, most of the meals you would normally eat with
BFFM
are in direct conflict with most advice on proper food
combining."
You can read my responses on this page:

the link to Jesse
Cannone's website from my Ezine that was
mailed out on the 15th was incorrect and thank you for
pointing
it out to me.
Jesse wrote the article "Four Tips to Get That Beach Body FAST!"
the link to his website is now fixed, it's :

if you hadn't read the
article, it's available on my website along
with all the past issues of the ezine

Here's an email I got
from a new Sunrider in Florida. Jeff found
my website, began Tom's BFFM program and then got started
on
the Sunride line of whole foods. Here's his update in
regards to
loose skin, recovery time and his progress

Subject: Sunrider and Muscle Recovery
Hey Rob,
Im happy to see the recent emails Ive received from
the newsletter. I am looking forward to reading your
FAQ for this months newsletter. I especially want to
read what you have to say about the fact you've lost a
lot of weight and if you have loose skin. I've lost
100 lbs to this date and Ive noticed my skin has
gotten tighter in certain areas of my body so I
suspect it just takes time in the fat loss journey for
your skin to get tighter. I did start experimenting
with Sunrider beauty pearls, I take 1 daily before I go to
sleep. I hope the pearls will help smooth out some of
the noticable stretch marks on my stomach. I also
just placed an order of NuPuffs. I love NuPlus so I
figured it wouldnt hurt to try NuPuffs as a snack alt.
The main reason for this email was to comment on
muscle recovery while eating sunrider foods.
My brother just started working out with me at the
gym. (My family is so amazed with the success
Ive
made so far everyone asks what I am doing.) I spoke
to my brother a day after our last workout and he told
me how sore he felt and it got me thinking. I dont
remember the last time my muscles felt really sore a
day or more after working out. I barely even feel
sore after the workout. I do remember when I was in
my high school football and wrestling team I would
constantly feel sore after workouts and practice. I
credit the ability for my body to recover so quickly
to Sunrider and my nutrition, do you have similar
experiences? I know it isnt because Im working out
less now. I make more progress weekly in the gym then
Ive ever made before. I actually feel like Im more
active and my work outs are more intense now then
before. Practically every week I can either increase
the weight or the amount of reps I did previously.
Last week was the first week I couldnt increase my
weight or reps and in fact I was failing on less reps
and at times less weight, but this week I am able to
increase the weight I was doing previous to last week
by 30% in certain instances.
I just wanted to share what Ive been experiencing with
you. I also increased my calorie intake from 2400 to
2500 on low carb days and 2700 to 2800 on high carb
days.
By the way, I can actually see and feel my biceps when
I flex!

awesome job Jeff.
New skin takes about 3 months to appear.
Our body is constantly rebuilding itself from the nutrition
we give it. Sunrider Beauty Pearls ("Macho marbles" for
guys)
specifically nourish the skin and endocrine system. Guys
notice
improved muscle tone and skin improvements while women
notice
improved hormonal system (mood) and improved skin. Same
food
product nourishing the same system, but different results
based
on gender.
Nutrition is the key to
our bodies ability to rebuild itself and
function properly. If we give it better raw materials,
we
get better functioning cells and organs.
Keep up the great work Jeff.
we'll talk.
