He asks a common question which I thought I'd address ----begin snip ---- From: Shayne Gowers [mailto:gow*****@gmail.com] Sent: October 9, 2005 6:48 PM To: Rob Cooper Former Fat Guy Subject: Re: FormerFatGuy - Fat Loss Secrets.... learn the truth Hey Rob, I see you mentioning Sunrider foods a lot. At the same time you saying just to eat real whole foods. What is so special about sunrider foods. If what they do is whole foods, how can they have a brand of carrots, veggies etc. Can you give me the jist of it. BTW, you site and newsletter has helped me a lot. At my peak I was 286 minimal muscle and lotsa fat. I've always had the wide shoulders and good frame for bodybuilding. I decided about 6 months ago to get into working out. Started doin like 30 sit ups and 30 squats a day. Now I try to do 5 days during the week weights, and an hour and a half of cardio/mat exercises. I've been learning more and more about nutrition along my journey and thats how i found your site. I'm now 240lbs, with a lot of muscle mass now. My goal is 199lbs where I would prolly look ripped! Heh.. Anywho. Thanks, i've learned a lot from you and its very inspiring. Shayne G, Ottawa Ontario Canada -----end snip ------ Awesome job on taking action on your health. It all starts with the "decision" doesn't it. Once you make the decision, things just begin to fall into place.. . be aware of opportunities around you and the new "info" that comes your way. I talk a lot about Sunrider because Sunrider is the foundation of my health. My entire program is based around it. Sunrider IS whole food. Eating our basic program, you're giving your body over 100 system specific whole foods. What is so special is that our approach to food is about what food does, not what food is. Our whole food formulas are thousands of years old and were designed so that the emporer of China life forever. That never happened, but he did have a very good life. We now have the power of concentration to our benefit and the foods come in a very convenient form for nourishing our body. The best part is that we don't have to know diddly squat about food or nutrition and we can still get results. That's because our body recognizes Sunrider as food and knows what to do with it on it's own. When I began 15 years ago, I started because I knew in my heart that the philosophy of regeneration made sense. Our body has the ability to heal itself if it's given the proper foods and that we take responsibility for our own health. I began eating Sunrider and my whole life changed. I won't be without them.. They're my foundation. I found that It was easy to replace things I was already eating for these healthier foods and it didn't cost me anything extra in my monthly budget. Now I show others how to do the same and get similar results Have a look and listen to a testimony from Michael on this page : http://www.formerfatguy.com/weight-loss-success-stories.asp Listen to Tim from Boston talk about his first 3 months on Sunrider http://PlayAudio-123.com/play.asp?m=219559&f=UATIDO&ps=6&p=1 For more information on exactly what's involved, visit this page and subscribe to the info emails http://www.formerfatguy.com/sunrider-info.asp If you're looking for the best whole food nutrition on the planet, then Sunrider is it. Email me, send your phone number and I'll call you personally to discuss how you can get started. So to answer your question, when I say I only eat whole foods, what that means is that I don't eat anything processed or canned. It's fruits, veggies, protein (animal protein) and Sunrider whole foods. I consider Sunrider my nutrition and table foods to be for bulk, fiber and fun. Thanks for your email Shayne, good luck on getting ripped and stay tuned for the launch of my new book "Fat Loss Fundamentals" in January. Until next time, Eat Well, Be Well Rob
