Michael Jackson Exercise Lies video from yesterday

This is a repeat of the email I sent out last night in case you missed it

I was informed after last nights email that it was the day of Michael's funeral.

I was not aware of that.

I don't watch TV or read the paper and spent all day at a farm. I dont have
a radio in my Jeep either, so I was completely out of the loop on that one.

my apologies to anyone I may have offended or who thought the email timing was in
poor taste.

my intention was to offer an opportunity for those who were indeed looking for it.

Wow, what a day

I learned 2 valuable lessons


the first was to take boots with me to the farm (more about that tomorrow)

and the second was to test a link before AND after sending it out
