So I’m having a little sip of my Chia gel with dinner

and my fiancé says:

“ok, let me try a little sip of this stuff”

 And I say “sure, it really has no taste. It tastes like nothing”

 To which she responds:

 “Ya, but you said that L-Glutamine didn’t taste like anything either!”

 (it doesn’t – if anything, it’s a little sweet)

So, she goes ahead and has a sip.

“You’re right, it doesn’t taste like anything at all!”, she finally agrees.

 Chia gel has no taste, at least not that I can discern.

I add a little almond extract or vanilla extract to

mine if I’m feeling like I need a flavor, but overall,

it’s just plain Chia gel for this guy.

I challenged you to a 30 day trial two weeks ago. A

 So, unless you’ve been under a rock for the past week,

you’re well aware that pop star Michael Jackson passed

away.

 While I was never really a fan, I did like the Thriller

album and have been following him in the news since I

was young (I mean, how can’t you?)

 I’ve been purposely avoiding reading any news about

him, and I don’t watch TV, so the only way I’d even get

the info is from the web.

 Just the other day, I happened upon a clip of an

interview with my teen bodybuilding hero Lou Ferigno

who happened to be training Michael for what was to be

his comeback tour.

How could I not watch that?

I had no idea Lou was training him.

The reporters asked him what he knew about his physical

condition, mental state and all that.

From what I understand, there’s a ton of info

speculating on various theories about how and why his

heart failed.

One such claim was that “maybe working out during

midlife caused his heart too much strain”

What?

You’ve got to be kidding me.

Well, I wasn’t the only one that statement irked.
