2.The importance of your bodies ability to clean itself or "fruit
in the morning until noon" by Rob Cooper When we're fat, we're
carrying a lot of stored toxins. Our fat cells are used as a way to
store toxins so that our body can protect itself from them.
Interestingly enough, our cells can store more than just toxins
too, they can store memories. Keeping Clean Keeping clean is one of
our bodies prime functions. It's also one of the first to break
down and or have energy diverted from it for other things. Think of
how important it is to have a shower every day to keep the outside
of your body clean and then imagine what it's like on the inside
and in your cells if that isn't happening as efficiently as it
could. There are many cultures and ways of eating that believe that
our body operates on cycles. Without getting too technical about
it, lets just say that our day is broken into three separate
cycles. 1. the intake of food 2. the processing of that food 3. the
elimination of that food or the cleansing cycle Now, based on who
you talk to the cycles and their times vary, but what I've come to
believe, know and practice is that the cleansing cycle begins at
about 4 am and lasts for about a third of the day, or 8 hours. So,
the cleansing cycle begins at 4 am and goes until noon. Now, lets
state for the record another principle before we move on. "The
Digestion of Food is the Most Energy Consuming Thing the Body
Does". You can choose to believe that or not, but before you
dismiss it, think about some times in your life when you've really
felt burnt out and low energy after eating a meal. Remember what
mom told you "wait at least an hour after eating before going
swimming". She said that it was because you'd get cramps, but in
reality it was because of how much work was going on in your
stomach. Blood gets diverted to the digestive system after we eat a
meal and our energy gets diverted to digestion instead of strength
in our arms and legs and it's safer to wait to swim in case you
need to use your arms and legs for an emergency. The same is true
for waiting after eating before doing a heavy workout. When doing a
heavy workout or any strenuous activity after eating, blood then
gets diverted to the muscles and away from digestion causing
digestion to be incomplete, last longer, not complete and then pass
a rotting mess into the intestines causing gas and bloating. You
may not feel hungry again for hours instead of the normal three or
four hours. Ok, so remember now that the cleansing cycle lasts from
4 am until noon. Remember also that Digestion of food requires an
enormous amount of energy. What's the most important meal of the
day? Breakfast. What happens when you eat breakfast at 6 am or 7 or
8 am? Energy gets diverted from the every important cleansing cycle
to digestion and thus becomes incomplete. Jump Start Your Weight
Loss Part One So here's what I propose as part one of jump starting
your weight loss goals. I propose that you might consider how
important it is to give the cleansing cycle of your body a good
jump start itself by allowing it the full 8 hour un-interupted
period of time to do it's job. Am I proposing that you don't eat
until noon? No. Here's the deal: Fruit in it's ripe state does not
require any digestion, but rather is designed to slide right
through the stomach and into the intestines where it provides all
the vitamins, nutrients and cell cleansing water that nature
provided it with. The Plan: For each morning, from now until the
end of this 10 part series, begin each morning with a glass of
clean water. Then follow that up with a glass of fresh squeezed
orange juice or a couple of apples. Then every couple of hours
until noon, have a couple more pieces of fruit. When you eat fruit,
it should be on an empty stomach and then given half an hour or 45
minutes to make it's way through the stomach. Follow it up with
another glass of water to help wash the fruit from the stomach and
provide some more clean fluids for hydration. Does this mean no
coffee or tea in the morning. Yep. No tea, no coffee, no milk, no
dairy products. Nothing but fruit and water. Then at noon for the
time being, have what you would normally have. What You Will Notice
What you will come to notice is an increase in energy because no
energy is being used to digest a big breakfast. You will also
notice some more regular bowel movements in the days following as
the extra fiber from the fruit and the energy put into the
cleansing system takes effect. You may notice more gas and a little
bloating. This is normal and due to a couple of things, one being
that fact that some new fiber has been introduced into your bowels
and the cleaning of your intestine is causing some normal cleansing
effects. It may also seem like you've gone back to your teens and
you've broken out with some zits again. You may notice a rash on
your skin, and that as well is the signs of cleansing. You may
notice that your nose begins to run and / or you begin to sneeze
more often. Signs of cleansing Gas Bloating Skin rash Runny nose
Acne / zits Sneezing Constipation Diarrhea The skin and the lungs
are both cleansing organs and it might be something that you are
not expecting to occur. Yes, your urine and feces may change as
well, but you're probably aware of those as being the result of a
change in your diet. As you begin to clean your body on a daily
basis, your cells will thank you by opening up and pouring out the
toxins. The energy saved by not digesting food and the increase in
clean water both from a glass and from the high water content fruit
all aid in cleansing and result in more efficient energy systems.
More efficient energy systems is the first step in jump starting
your weight loss goals. Q: does this also mean that if I don't eat
any food until noon, I'll be better off? A: No. The addition of
fresh fruit and fruit juices will provide clean calories, cellular
water and fiber. All this nutrition goes straight into healthy new
cells. Q: Will I have to eat fruit until noon for the rest of my
life. A: For the rest of the 10 part series, I'd like you to follow
this principle. Following that, you may choose what works for you.
If it's serving you and your body, you may choose to continue, if
you want to change back, you may do that as well. One thing I do
wish to communicate is this: "The Proper Consumption of Fruit" The
proper consumption of fruit rule states that, fruit, being
pre-digested and not requiring digestion in the stomach should be
eaten on an empty stomach, given 45 minutes to an hour (depending
on the fruit) to slide through and only then eat a non-fruit item.

This is a principle that I have broken only enough times to count
on one hand in the last 15 years. If I break the rule, I experience
incredible stomach distress including what I call "lightning bolts"
into my stomach. So, once again, fresh fruit and clean water from
the time you get up until noon is step one. This is a principle
that will be built upon until the end of the series. Meet Stacey
again: Stacey informed me that one of the primary principles that
he was following was this very thing. He knows my story and he
knows that I've told him over and over again about fruit being of
prime importance in the morning and he adopted this as part of his
new program from the start. He is having coffee in the AM with his
fruit which I have advised against. I don't advise drinking Coffee
at all. Coffee is like battery acid to the stomach and is one of
the "stomach busters" of which I refer. If you are going to have
coffee, leave it until after noon. If you'd like to replace coffee
with another hot beverage, I highly recommend Sunrider Calli Tea.

bodies own cleansing process and it makes a very nice drink.

to burn my 288 pounds of fat, I found that I went through stages of
cleansing. I applied this principle of fruit in the morning and the
fat was dropping off. As I hit certain levels of weight, I'd begin
to remember people, places, things and even began a habit I had
when I was in grade 7. These memories would come in waves for a
week or so and I began to realize that it coincided with particular
cleanses. I became aware that these memories and habits were stored
in my fat cells. As they were being cleaned, the emotions, memories
and energy surrounding those times and events were re-experienced.
Very cool, this body of ours. It was events like this that helped
keep me on track with this big physiological experiment that I was
