    Last week, I sent out my newsletter with the link to
    Cameron Johnson's new book, and for those of you who took
    the opportunity to buy it also got my special report

    How I Lost 300 Pounds, subtitled:

    How to lose 10 pounds a month, every month, until you reach
    your goal weight.

    Well, it's the first such report I've ever written, and it's
    based on the key foundations of what I did to get where I am.

    I thought I should make it available to everyone, so here it

    In it, I refer to the longer version of the report available
    on my website. I have yet to complete that portion because I've
    decided to release all my strategies as a free e-book for anyone
    who subscribes for updates, recipes, tips etc.

    However, as I'm currently writing my first course,

    12 Weeks To Better Eating Through Whole Foods,

    the writing of the full e-book is sporadic. As long as you

    As for the 12 week course? it's still in beta testing, but
    I'll share some results of a few participants over the first
    week.

    1 dropped 9 pounds (man)
    1 dropped 4 pounds (woman)
    1 dropped 3 pounds (woman)
    2 dropped 1.5 pounds (women)

    from one participant "[the first week's material] enabled me to have a lot more energy throughout the day. I lost 3 pounds, which for me is a big accomplishment as with my thyroid condition (had it removed 3 years ago), I have a very hard time losing weight. I thought this [part of the ] program was awesome. I've tried many "diets" and none of them have worked in the long term. I can see this as being something that will."
