FormerFatGuy - Harvey Diamond Interview Complete
September 6th, 2005 at 9:18 amHi Friend, the Fit For Life author Harvey Diamond and I did an interview Monday morning as scheduled. It went very well and I must say that Harvey is an amazing man. I had no idea how severe his exposure to Agent Orange was and that he's the only survivor left from those having been exposed.
We talked about his new book, "Living Without Pain" (available from Amazon.com), about the food combining principles, about the causes and solutions for chronic fatique, fibromyalgia, arthritis, people living with migranes and any stomach problems.
Normally my interviews are limited to an hour, but this interview with Harvey was a full hour and a half.
I asked Harvey his top 5 supplements for living pain free to which he gave 5 health practices rather than supplements. He really only recommends one supplement, listen to the interview for those 5 habits and supplement.
you can read more about Harvey Diamond at his website
I want to thank everyone who participated in the asking of questions and when the interview is posted, you'll be able to hear your answers.
The interview will be posted in the next couple of weeks, I'll announce when it's availalble.
Now.... I've got to tell you about the most stupid Law Suit I've ever heard of.
It's no wonder doctors dont tell their patients to lose weight!! Here's a story from the Washington Post
A woman has filed a complaint against Dr. Terry Bennett with the state of New Hampshire, stating that his advice that she lose weight was hurtful.
The complaint was initially investigated by a panel of the New Hampshire Board of Medicine, which suggested that Bennett be sent a confidential letter of concern.
The board rejected the suggestion and requested that the attorney general's office investigate. Bennett did not take that office's recommendation that he attend a medical education course. Dr. Bennett did write a letter of apology to the woman when he learned that she was offended.
Other overweight patients have come to Bennett's defense, including a woman who lost more than 150 pounds under his care, stating that what he said was nothing more than medical truth.

Now, here's a recent success story from Michael who got started on Sunrider a short 3 months ago.
"This is pretty cool stuff.
I did my fitness assessment retest Wednesday and all my
measurements went down, accept my arm length, it grew (they tell
me that's a good thing though).
My body fat went from 28.7ish %, down to 23.3%. So I'm both happy
and surprised. I knew it was a good sign when Britteny was taking
measurements and say things like "WOW, and excellent, and
amazing". I am so friggen happy to have more of the blood
sugar control formula (stevia), I was getting a lot of cravings.
I was wanting to get a bunch of crap foods and inactivity. Being
back on the blood sugar control formula for only a day, already
my urges are subsisting, and I'm in much better
control.
Things are looking up.
