for the delay of this months
new sletter.
It's been a weird
week for me which also included the
purchase of a new computer which I'm still in the
process of setting up. I had my old computer
'tweaked' just the way I liked it and everything was
'in it's place', if you know what I mean.
The Ezine will be
out shortly, but in the mean time I
wanted to share with you a couple of success stories
that I've heard recently.
One was from a guy
who was on the eleptical trainer
next to me the other day while we were doing cardio.
He's burnt 6 pounds of fat this week by making one
single change to his diet. He added more protein.
That was it. Exercise stayed the same, just this
little "tweak" made all the difference.
Another is from
Joe who lives here in my home town
of Edmonton and in fact came up and introduced himself
to me at the gym the other day. He's been subscribed
to my Fat Loss E-Course and has been reading and
processing the info in it. In his words, "there's a
lot of stuff in there I just hadn't realized... Good
info". He comitted to a few changes since Febuary
including diet and exercise. He's dropped a whopping
50+ po-ounds in about 6 weeks.!!! From 320+ to 274.
In the short discussion I had with him he told me that
he got a fitness assessment done from the club, got
weighed and body fat measured, has changed his diet to
include more protein, is doing more cardio and is
weight training 6 days a week. He's 29.
A third is from
Rebekah from Montana who I was
coaching while I was on the cruise in Febuary. She
bought the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle Book since
and has dropped 2.5 pounds her first week and she's
not even done the book yet, she's just started
applying some of the things I talked with her about
and that she's read. Way to go Rebekah.
