Hey there Rob!
Not sure if you remember me or not. I wrote ya a few months
back. Your story reminded me alot of myself. And I had
asked
you if BFFM was right for me. Well I ended up getting it. I
read it virtually non-stop till I was finished. I was
completely
fascinated by it. But wanted to let ya know, I've been goin
at
it for a few months and am down 25 pounds since I wrote ya
last,
almost 60 pounds altogther now. The past couple weeks have
been
awesome. I joined a gym and got my diet goin really well.
So
I'm well on my way to losing this fat.
I'm so glad you taught me how to refer to myself
positively.
That's made such a huge difference in my approach to weight
loss.
Before I had sent you an email calling myself a fat guy.
Well,
I've adopted your "I'm a fat burning machine and I'm making
smart
and healthy food decisions today." It's been a good way to
wake
up in the mornings. I've also incorporated the goal card.
Speaking my 3 month goal in the present tense.... currently
it's
"I'm so happy and thankful I am 290 pounds." That's my goal
for
Dec. 1. I can't leave home without it anymore haha. So, lots
of
good things happening. I just wanted to say thanks for the
encouragement and guidance. :)

Time and effort
my motto is "every good program requires a plan and
sufficient
time to implement".
Just keep at it, keep applying that new knowledge from
BFFM,
hold your intention, keep your goal card with you and the
results will speak for themselves.

It should be released soon as it's already overdue because of

I've been busy traveling these past 3 months, so I've had
very little to say to my readers / subscribers and I'm now
heading to Africa to climb Kilimanjaro (tallest summit on
that continent). It's been a goal of mine for a few years
and
now I'm taking action on it.
I did a bungee jump for my 1/2 birthday in June, you can

After climbing Kilimanjaro, I'll be doing a two week
safari,
then spending 5 days in Zanzibar (just to say I was there),

then 4 days in Egypt followed by 10 days in Austria visiting

sister.
