FormerFatGuy - Alternative Ways Of Losing Weight
December 16th, 2005 at 3:31 pmHello Friend, it's been a long time since I've emailed, but I've
been traveling through the US and Canada over the past few months
and have just plain had a hectic schedule. I'm back however, for a
few weeks over the holidays before heading out again. the reason
for this email is to refer you to an amazing website of
tranformation using natural health methods. I'm proud to refer you
to: http://organicandnatural.blogspot.com/ the transformational
story of Francis Pineda who after reading my website, took on the
challenge of doing something about his own weight. I love his web
domain "Organic and Natural" not obese by any means, Francis
started at 188 pounds and now is at 155 pounds. He's currently in
what he calls "Phase 4", his rebuilding phase which includes cardio
and his Tae Kwon Do. Francis is a martial arts instructor in
Arlington Virginia as for me, I've been away traveling and
attending T. Harv Eker's Personal Development courses. I've been
refering them for years and I was able to meet a bunch of readers
like yourself at the events. I'd hear "hey, that's the former fat
guy", and then a quick tap on the shoulder. To those of you who
introduced yourself to me, thank you so much for doing so. I met
readers in Calgary, Seattle, Los Angles and Dallas. please send me
any comments you have after having attended the Milli0naire Mind
Intensive and what you got out of it. There will be more fr-e-e MMI
courses this spring and I'm told they'll be the last of them for
fr-e-e, so when you get the change, go register at:
http://www.millionairemindbook.com and use reference #16933 to get
your free complimentary course. Once you register, you can pick
which city you would like to attend it at. Then make sure you come
up and introduce yourself I'm busy catching up on a ton of emails,
so if I haven't replied yet, it's only because I've been swamped
with email. I'll do what I can to reply personally, or share it
with everyone. I'll be sending out this months newsletter very
shortly, so stay tuned for that and I'm also very close to having
my Udo Erasmus interview ready for listening. Udo Erasmus (as
mentioned also on Francis' website) is the leading speaker on Good
Fats. I was blessed to spend an hour with him for an interview a
few years ago. That interview will be posted soon. if you have not
listned to my Harvey Diamond interview, visit:
http://www.formerfatguy.com/interviews/harvey-diamond.asp for a
full 1.5 hour interview with the author of Fit For Life one last
thing of note is a teleseminar I'm putting on on Monday the 19th to
discuss Sunrider Foods and how they can benefit you and your
health. I'll be having some new clients online to discuss their
programs, their results and their goals. You can either listen in,
or participate and ask questions. The space is limited to 50 lines,
so to register go to :
http://www.formerfatguy.com/program-conf-call.asp you'll be
registering for notifications on my teleseminars and conference
calls and I'll alert you when they're scheduled. please note:
current Sunriders from other groups or lines, you'll understand
that this is in support of my clients and new clients, so please do
not register if you're currently being supported by other leaders..
thank you. Until Next Time, Eat Well, Be Well Rob Cooper
